2．主要密封元件采用LIP SEAL密封圈。 LIP SEAL密封圈具有优异的耐腐蚀性、耐温性和抗老化寿命。
3．球体和阀座密封面采用超音速喷涂碳化钨合金（TC），表面硬度不低于HV1150。能抵抗管道内含有颗粒的高压介质的侵蚀，可长期在线使用，无需维护。
4．阀杆设计有防吹出结构。
5．该阀门符合防火、防静电设计要求。
6．阀门配有挂锁和开/关位置状态指示装置。
7．对阀门的承压和控压部件进行有限元应力分析，并进行整体强度优化。同时，各密封部件加工精度高，满足高压气密性检测的要求。
