浮动球阀主要用于一些小口径的管道上，通过操作球阀手柄来接通或截断管道介质。广泛应用于石油、化工、天然气、电力、冶金、食品、制药等需要严密切割的场合

。主要技术/结构特点1．两片式阀体，浮球设计，结构紧凑，重量轻，易于组装。
2．非金属密封采用“O”型密封圈，安装方便，密封性能好。
3．阀体、球体、阀杆采用锻造材料，阀座采用非金属软密封材料（如PTFE、RPTFE、PEEK等），依靠介质力推动球体压紧阀座，实现可靠密封。
4．防吹出阀杆、防静电结构、防火设计。
5．阀门配有挂锁和开/关位置状态指示装置。
6．根据工况要求，内部可焊接耐腐蚀材料，有利于降低制造成本，延长阀门的使用寿命。
