结构：气动套筒调节阀由阀体、阀盖、阀芯、套筒和气动执行机构组成。阀体和阀盖通常由铸铁或钢制成，具有较高的耐压性能。阀芯、套筒采用不锈钢材质，具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。
工作原理：气动套筒调节阀的工作原理是通过气动执行器控制阀芯的运动，从而改变阀芯与套筒之间的间隙，进而调节流体流量。当气动执行器接收到控制信号时，气动执行器内的活塞运动，通过控制气源的压力和流量来驱动阀芯运动。
