DBB单法兰针型阀主要应用于石油、炼油、冶金、化工管道上作压力测量、取样等功能。
1．测试标准： API 598。
2．测试介质：水或气体。
。主要技术/结构特点1． MONOFLANGE、DBB功能设计，结构紧凑、重量轻、切换扭矩小。
2．采用主阀+辅助阀的设计。主阀可关闭所有出口，两个辅助阀分别控制出口端和排出端。
3．采用LIP SEAL密封圈。 LIP SEAL密封圈具有优异的耐腐蚀性、耐温性和抗老化寿命。同时，它使阀门的操作扭矩减少了大约1/2。
4．阀针、阀座密封面采用STL硬质合金，表面硬度不低于HRC38。能抵抗含颗粒管道的高压介质侵蚀，可长期在线使用。
