阀杆的轴位于密封面的背面，与中线蝶阀的结构不同，使密封面脱离阀杆。第一偏置结构使海面能够连续、完整、紧密地接触座椅。
阀座锥轴偏离阀杆轴线中心线，消除了整个关闭和开启过程中的摩擦力，达到整个阀座环绕一致压缩的密封效果。
中心线偏离管道中心线，使阀门免受阀门启闭的干扰。同时，第二偏置结构可以使自压密封作用使密封比平常更紧密。
※ 全金属密封系统
密封圈完全由金属材料制成，无夹层，包括聚四氟乙烯、石墨等非金属材料。在全开或半开状态下，阀门密封圈不会因高速介质的冲刷而损坏。阀座堆焊司泰莱等耐磨合金，明显提高了阀门的使用寿命。
※双向密封可靠，启闭力矩小
双向金属密封蝶阀，通过优化进出口两侧受力设计，使阀瓣近似平衡，双向阀门进出口达到可靠的密封性能，同时有效降低阀门开启力。
※ 三偏心全金属密封系统
三偏心结构使阀门启闭时密封圈与阀座迅速接触或分离，无摩擦，大大延长了阀门的使用寿命。
※ 动态负载填料
阀杆和填料基于微泄漏（氦气检测）设计，填料压盖碟形弹簧具有自动补偿功能。
※ 防火结构设计，防爆阀杆设计
※ 通用安装支架（ISO5211标准安装平台）
※ 阀座和阀瓣密封可更换且可互换
传统的硬密封蝶阀，阀座和阀体连为一体，而我们新型硬密封蝶阀的阀瓣和阀座环可以单独拆卸直接更换，大大降低了阀门的维护成本。 （见下图对比）
